• We keep track of those specific needs in your customized account database and we use your account file to help process your orders correctly each time.
• We have a customized order form allowing customers to place orders exactly how they want them and receive exactly what they want.
• We train our packers how to handle packing many types of flowers so that the flowers in our customer's custom packed box always arrive in good condition.

Shipping Process

Our logistics department is trained to economically ship your flowers through all major forms of transportation (truck, airlines, federal express).

We have the ability to ship flowers in boxes (dry pack), hampers or Proconas (wet pack). The most common box dimensions are :

• 48x20x12 full box
• 48x20x6 half box
• 44x10x6 quarter box
• 37x12x16 procona pack
• 42x16x16 hamper
